Pizza Heaven Catering Ltd is a family operated business based in Bromsgrove. We have been trading for nearly 10 years and pride ourselves on the quality of our food, customer service and reliability
Pizza Heaven’s outdoor Pizzerias’ cooks are experts in creating authentic Neapolitan style pizzas. The pizzas are all hand made on site and cooked in just over one minute at super high temperatures to produce that lovely thin crispy base and melt in your mouth toppings.
In full flow we can prepare, cook and serve up to 100 pizza and hour, a bold claim but due to us investing in professional, commercial ovens and quality equipment this speed of service is achievable (that’s not to say we don’t have a bit of a sweat on!!)
HOW WE WORK
Wood Fired Ovens
We have 2 wood fired ovens one is contained in a van with a professional commercial awning. The OG is safely secured on the back of a trailer and we serve from a 3m x 3m gazebo
We love both ovens as they are fantastic at cooking pizzas. Each will cook about 100 pizzas an hour when up to temperature.
We come to you
Both our ovens are mobile so we bring them to you. We can get to most places so as long as you can get a car to the site we can get an oven there.
As the ovens need to warm up we arrive on site approximately 90 minutes before service and set up the catering and serving area
